Sounds cool. If it wasn't LG I'd say it's cool. Has anyone tried LG Phones?

BloggyLife: Are you asking someone to buy it for you here? Thats not likely to work.

WOW, useless AND ugly!!! giving LG's crappy menus and faulty buffer, the best they can do is to design a phone that can't be used to txt unless u were -in the mood-.... doubt this thing will work in places with high brightness

LOL, well I wasn't aware how it came out, till Bashar mentioned it ;P

Aslan, I didn't try out LG mobiles, but that doesn't mean one minds fooling around with it, LG think TVs not mobiles, even TVs Samsung comes to mind ...

I wouldn't mind a smart phone and at the looks of it, I'll end up buying it by myself to myself ;D -hope that didn't come out in a sad way- loool

Since my birthday is coming and everyone by now knows how miserable my life with HTC is, I was hoping for a good candidate replacement. Apparently thats not it...

Bashar, one of my cousin's got himself a G1 Google phone from the US (unlocked).

It's by far heaps better than the iPhone in my opinion. It doesn't have multi-touch, but I never cared for that anyway. The UI is quite responsive and fast!

The phone itself needs more work in my opinion. I don't think it's exposing the full capabilities of Android, but hopefully newer models will.

Companies that will be releasing Android phones are: LG, Samsung, HTC & Asus (confirmed list).

nemo: What, you'll do ga6eya and buy it for me? THANKS :). To be frank I am clueless.

MBH: Thanks. That's helpful. I need something quick in response, and fast in writing. Android would be my choice, I'm just waiting for next generation. I don't have habit of one phone a year. I like long term relationships :)

Unless my HTC decides to die, or gets hit by a car (twice), I will wait for new Android.

Purchasing memory is such a time consuming process... You have to search online for prices, filter through which ones are legit, around a bunch of shops, compare prices, finally buy your memory, and then fervently pray that the price doesn't fall in the next month or so.

I've been f'd over by crazy price changes in the past... especially this one time when I bought a Micro SD for my DS flashcard at what apparently was a bargain price, only to later see that it had dropped by $5 in a week's time.
