Here is a tip I got from 1801801, Answer all the questions with the same answer! Smart! Never thought of it. But I didn't try, not sure if we can do that!

the arabic interface is still the old one when i told him my account got locked he didn't know what to do, he told me to use the arabic interface - forget password thing
I think its great I use Bank of America and its the same system, quite frankly these extra security questions are designed to have an open response your suppose to choose something you know and wont forget, quite frankly if you type in the question as the answer then that's your problem, I mean you can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink. I chose questions that I know the answer too it actually very easy as i will never forget the answers.
I am very impressed that NBK implemented this and reading general articles on the Internet and understanding teh solution which has been used by lots of banks I commend them well done NBK, my favorite Camel.

I can't use any sort of Arabic interfaces. It just doesn't make any sense. (Ever tried office in Arabic???)
Did they really tell you that? What did they advise you also? Use 123456 as password?
You gotta call again and ask for replay of the recording to be examined!
