Linksys Router

Since my mom couldn't connect to the wireless network from her room (week signal) and since my router (D-Link) is 3 years old now, I decided to buy a new one. (all of my friends told me to go for a Linksys).

My new router is Linksys WAG160N. [Alghanim-Avenues, 42.5 KD]

Installation was ok althu there was something wrong with the Installation CD. It kept saying that the ethernet cable is not connected althu it was connected!

The range is wider now. I tried to connect from every room in the house and it was fine.

Update: I couldn't wait till Saturday morning to go with my uncle to Hawally to buy some stuff, he just sent me an SMS telling me he found it there for 32 KD only lol! ... so don't go to Al-Ghanim :p

Reasons why I want this:

1. Aramex shipments are becoming more and more expensive, last month I ordered a book for 8 KD and the shipping cost was 8 KD => 16 KD Total.
2. I really don't read the whole book (unless its a novel). I read specific topics, chapters (20% of the book on average).
3. I really would like to be able to search my books!!!
4. I think its really cool to have all your books, heavy references in one tiny thing.

Coloring Books?

My friend and I decided to go to Jarir bookstore last Saturday to search for books but we ended up searching in the coloring books section! Do you remember the ones that we had back then? barbie, Disney princesses, beautiful girls wearing beautiful dresses ... etc? MAFY ;( the only thing i have found is the ugly "bratz" doll ;( so it made me think about the differences between what we had and they have now ...

r'teer posted a website for watching them online. it's really cool and althu I like to download them I will still use it if there was a missing episode that I couldn't find.

personally I download them using easynews. I have been using it for 5 years now (feels guilty ;()and its really good because they are direct links "unlike torrents" so it will give you the max download speed.
