Since when? I kept thinking that I must be missing the right packages to enable "bluetooth file sharing" but it turns out that you need to go to Systems => Internet and Network => Personal File Sharing. tick the right correct options and that's it!

Don't you just hate it when it turns out to be something as simple as that
Same thing with Mac OS X when running it for the first time. Bluetooth has to be enabled for "File Sharing".
